Executive Chef Karol Osinksi infuses Red Roost Tavern with an innovative flair for thoughfully sourced cuisine and fresh ingredients, bringing years of experience to the forefront of our restaurant, located in central Cincinnati.
Karol has most recently been the Sous Chef at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati. Prior to joining the Hyatt family, Karol worked as Chef De Cuisine at The Quarter Bistro in Mariemont and earned his culinary degree from the Midwest Culinary Institute in Cincinnati. As the Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, Karol oversees all of the hotel's unique culinary offerings, including Red Roost Tavern, the Market, and banquets. Chef specializes in American fusion, local and sustainable sourcing and incorporating classic European techniques into modern dishes.
